広州に朝のお茶

　今わたしは広州に朝のお茶を簡単な紹介します。広州には朝のお茶はすごく普遍的です。広州には朝お茶という「朝お茶を飲みます」（広州語：飲早茶）。毎朝５時間半ぐらい、たくさん年上のひとは朝お茶があるのレストラン前には門を開けれってます。６時ぐらい、朝お茶を始まります。人は机を探したとき、一ポットのお茶を求めました。一緒にの話を言うたり、お茶や、お菓子などを食べます。その間は２－３時間ぐらい長いです。朝お茶の時間は１１時半前には終わります。一般的に、若いは８時半ぐらい朝お茶は始まります。
　お菓子の広州語は「デンシン」（広州語：点心）です。お茶の時茶の葉は自分の好きなのです。たくさんの葉ガ選択するできます。

1、「中空の咸味フライした小麦粉の角の形お菓子」（広州語：空心咸水角）↓

2、「中空の咸味フライした小麦粉の角の形お菓子とフライした小麦粉の角の巻く形お菓子」（広州語：空心咸水角和春卷）↓

3、「牛肉ボールと豚肉ボールを蒸す」（広州語：双丸）↓

4、「卵烘製のお菓子」（広州語：蛋挞）鳥の卵製↓

5、「咸味薄い煎っていたお菓子」（広州語：咸薄撑）主に落花生や、葱や、ゴマなど。↓

6、「エビと牛肉を蒸す」（広州語：干蒸）主に三類がある：エビと牛肉、牛肉、豚肉。↓

7、レストラン前の魚池（広州語：風水魚）幸運な意味を持っています。↓

8、「灯籠」１（中国北の赤い大きい綺麗なの灯籠）（広州語：ホン灯籠）↓

9、「灯籠」２（中国昔からの宮に灯籠型を使ってます。）上に中国語字は（恭賀新禧）「謹賀新年」の意味です。（広州語：宮灯）↓

10、今日朝親戚一緒にお茶をするの時↓

Cantonese tradition in Lunar New Year

1.From the day before befor the eve till the eve:everyone will go to the traditional flower market to visit, or buy something or buy some flowers and enjoy the mood of happiness.

2.The eve of Lunar New Year: The whole family sit around and have the "tuan nian" Dinner(means: celebrat the whole family members can sit together to have dinner after working hardly a year).

3.The first day of Lunar New Year:After getting up, the children congratulate their parents will have a whole good new year. Then parents will give their children the lucky money("hong bao", It is a red pack that is put into some money. Money is not a fixed amout, it is your pleasure. But usually parents will give more than the other.)

After the dinner, the whole family will begin the visiting of the most important relation. The kids will follow their parents to go to the relation then they will get "hong bao"from their elder(who have married) and older (who have married).

When visiting the relation, the people should take some food and some fruit(in the past, the traditional food is "zha you jiao", "zha jian dui","zha dan san", "ma ti gao", "luo bo gao"etc. The fruit is orange, Chinese orange, apple, "sha tian you", etc. But it should not be the pear--because of pear sounds seperate in Cantonese.) (now, people often take some modern food that have beautiful package to visit, because making traditional food is very hard.)

On the street, you could see a lot of people who is wearing good-looking, flash colour, and new clothing with some red packages in their hands are walking on the street--to visit their relation. Usually, the youngest and kids will go with their parents to visit, and the elder who have jobs will go to visit the most important relation, then they will have their arrangements(visit their friends, etc.).

And, visiting relation and friends will be continued till the 15th days of Lunar New Year. At the same time, "hong bao"must give till the end of the 15th days of Lunar New Year,too.("hong bao"donot need to give the 2nd time when meet again in the 15th days of Lunar New Year.)
